Principal Consultant Mike Rae

Mike has built a reputation as an effective and tough coach especially in preparing people for presentations, meetings and interviews. He coaches senior executives, managers, medical doctors, specialists and sales people who need to communicate their message and ideas convincingly in challenging situations.

Mike has been working internationally as a coach and mentor since 1987 and has also worked extensively with the pharmaceutical and other research-based companies world-wide. In particular he has a considerable knowledge of Scandinavia. Mike has been asked to give speeches on communication and coaching issues at many international meetings.
